And So It Begins...

I am now sitting in the Charlotte Airport waiting for someone to appear behind the ticket counter. You see, my trip got a little more interesting in the Lynchburg airport when the TSA computers went down and couldn't read my passport. The people behind the ticket counter had to write out my tickets and luggage tag by hand giving me only a handwritten ticket to Charlotte. Thankfully they brought me my official, printed tickets after I had boarded so I could ride comfortably knowing I have a ticket to Rome . So now I have my tickets but I still need to make sure my bags will go all the way through to Rome. That could be quite a disaster! Well, I'll post another update once I actually get to Rome but for now, I'll continue to amuse myself during my last few hours in the United States. YAY!
